What all do I need to change the oil? This is my WAG:

Oil Filter
(4) Quarts of Oil (What Grade?)
Oil Catch Pan
Oil FIlter Wrench

Am I missing anything?

Can you still dispose of your old oil at PepBoys or another Auto Parts
store? What auto parts store do you recommend to get the above listed
items?

TIA,

Gary

Motorcraft or Wix

4.5 quarts unless it's a 4.0 V-6 which takes 5 quarts.

> (What Grade?)

5W20 semi synthetic blend.  Motorcraft 5W20 semi synthetic is an
excellent oil and would be my recommendation.

I wear nitrile (blue) gloves when changing the oil....I find that getting
used oily residue (and odor) off my hands and out from under fingernails a
chore.

Yes

WalMart unless a local Auto parts store has a "oil rebate" deal going on.
Check your Sunday paper ads for "sales" flyers/ oil coupons
