flashing headlights

I have an 2006 ford E350 van when the headlight switch is off the head
lights flash. When you pull the headlight switch on they stop. I had
the high beam turn signal switch replaced it did no good it still
flashes. Please help

I had the same problem with a 2001 Ranger. It was the daytime running
light module. I replaced it with one from the wreckers and its fine
now. When the lights are flashing, check uder the front bumper and if
your hear a clicking sound-thats the module.
