98' B4000 how to replace rear most tail-pipe hanger

Looks as if the rubber is sandwhiched between a metal bracket mounted
via 1 nut to the frame. Is the rubber and bracket all one piece ?

I found it at the local Mazda dealer....brack and rubber sold only as
one piece for $19.00 I lowered the spare tire and
removed the old bracked via one bolt.
