97 Ranger 4.0 Fueling problems

Whenever I fuel the vehicle I get alot of backpressure at the pump. I've
looked at the feed pipe and see no obstructions. Anybody have suggestions?

Check the emissions (charcoal) cannister and the vent solenoid... these can
get plugged with dirt, sometimes...
