I would like to find some information on the replica Model T Fords that were
built as part of the companies 100th birthday celebrations.
I haven't had much success with Google so I will be glad of any information
or links.
Thank you.

They were not replicas, but rather built with newly hand made parts from old
Ford engineering records.  Contact Ford directly, WBMA

Here is Ford's website  on the events:

Perhaps you can find your answer here.

What specifically are you looking for?  Information like who did what?

The bodies were made in Sweden by a former Volvo employee. Don Snyder in New
Springfield OH still has one of the touring bodies for sale.  The engine
block was CAD generated off an X-Ray examination of an original cylinder
block and cast at the Ford foundaries.  Many antique part suppliers such as
Don Snyder and Don Lang provided some of the modern reproduction parts. Don
Lang reprinted his interview with Hemmings in the front of his latest
catalog.  Many Ford employees provided assistance in the project.

Greenfield Village in Dearborn was given three of the cars by Edsel Ford II.
They use at least one daily for rides within the Village.

That would be pretty wicked if on anniversary's like that they do
special anniversary edition... like a 72 fastback or something, build
closely to the original... like they wouldn't sell.

Check out the Detroit News or Detroit Free Press archieves.  For the 100th
anniversary, they ran an article outlining the efforts Ford employees used
to re-create the old cars.  I recall the article describing how some Model T
aftermarket parts were used and how they reverse engineered certain engine
components using modern metals.
