87 E150 4.9 lit.300cu.in.str8     6cyl. starting problems

Cranks like it's going to start,then stops.It will crank and almost start
till the batt dies out any ideas  no start problem.New cap,rotor,plugs and
wires.

Won't start even with a jump.

Could be fuel pump or TFI module. Get the engine trouble codes pulled to
simplify the diagnosis.
