highlight one of the a.shole trolls postings, then left click on message,
and left click on block sender.
you will get a popup saying something to the effect of do you want to block
this a.shole and send all of the trolls posts to the garbage. click on yes,
and the a.shole troll will instantly disappear for ever and ever again.

Get Thunderbird.

I created a filter that marks the messages with "MI5 Persecution" in the
title to "read."  Then I never see any of them no matter who sends them.

Awesome.

Outlook Express and Windows Mail (Vista) both do this as well...
Tools ->Message Rules ->News
