your pipe dream will never work. it will require more energy to produce
enough hydrogen gas than the hydrogen gas will produce.

I can REALLY run a car on water.
Like this.....

Put a water wheel in a river by a dam or waterfall.  Connect it to a
12VDC generator.  Connect the generator to several 12V batteries.
Charge the batteries.  Put these batteries in an electric car, and
drive until the batteries need to be charged again.....

This really will work and is not a scam.

yea, this will work, but the extention cord to has got to be really really
long.

Drive car onto barge.  Start car.  Car is now running on water.
