Wow! gas prices are rediculously expensive.  Nowadays you have to
think twice before going out. Why? well not because you don't know
where you're heading, but because of the gas price.  You want to make
sure that you have enough for the REAL needs. But come on, we
shouldn't be doing this.  You would agree with me.  We should all do
something to make things run better and smoother, after all WE are the
ones that can make a difference.  Hopefully one day gas prices will go
down enough to the point where we won't worry about it like we do
now.  There's got to be improvement with gas and everything related to
fuel

I found this interesting place with beneficial tips for that have
helped me, I thought I'd share it with everybody.

So, as usual in the middle of a long hot summer, am caught in the middle of
traffic.  Its early evening, the hottest part of the day.  The stop and go
is mostly stop, maybe 20mph at fastest go part.  The part about rolling up
windows is needed for AC.  But, is using more gasoline as a result.  So, I
turn off the AC, and roll down the windows.
Try to keep my distance from the guy ahead, but I get cut-off time after
time if I do that.  The policeman tailing me is laughing the whole time.
Half a mile from my exit, I turn on my right blinker to get in the right
hand lane.  No one will let me in.  As a result, miss the exit.  Travel 2
miles before I'm allowed to change to right hand lane.  Get off the next
exit and turn around.
Finally, arrive at my driveway.  Remove the flying insects and part of a
semi's tire that flew through the open window into the car.  Removed all my
sweat-soaked clothing, and took a shower.  Turn on the TV, its says
something about the car being more fuel efficient using closed windows and
AC due to less drag, period, nothing about the speed of the car.  I laugh
hysterically...
