Planning on selling the old reliable 98 Ford Contour and I'm going to
give it a deep down cleaning like its never had before.  I'm wanting
to remove the driver and passanger seats so I can clean under them and
also to help with mobility while I'm in the back seat.  Anyone have
any ideas or where I can go to get this information?

Thanks

Slide seat back.
Remove 2 8mm bolts holding track to floor (12mm wrench)
slide seat forward. Remove philips screws holding plastic covers to
rear of track
remove covers
remove bots.
Disconnect wiring if power seats
remove through door pening.

Installation is reverse of removal. DO NOT release the seat adjuster
with the seats out of the car or it gets more difficult to re-install.
