Painting for rust

A while ago, someone used a crowssbar to try to break in my Ford
minivan. onthe passenger side. A small puncture. Any paint to cover it
up? What about those model paints at Michael's?

Almost any auto parts place sells touch-up paint in the small bottle and
aerosol can.

Why?  Was it a Ford model car?    ;)
