Windstar Transmission Problems!

Anyone  own a 2000 Windstar LX, that has had any minor or major
transmission problems of completely failures?

I have the same problem after 6years and the warrenty just ran out 3 months
ago.  Ford won't do anything about it.  Car just goes in reverse.
