ABS light on

Is there away of resetting the computer ..... Had a flat tire on the
right front changed the tire and now the is on...

It's on beacuse there is a problem. Wrong size tire, sensor problem, a
balance issue. Something....

 Remove the tire again and double-check the sensor plugged into the
back of the hub. It may have been damaged when the tire went flat, or
when you changed it. Simply changing the tire should not cause it to
stay on.
