How to moderate a group?

Does anyone know how to transform this group into a moderated one? It's
getting hard to find anything on topic here.

Sure, it only takes 2 simple steps:

1.  Convince every news provider, all across the world, to delete this
unmoderated group.

2.  Create a new moderated group with the same name.  

You can't convert an unmoderated group into a moderated group after it
was created.  So those 2 steps are the only way to replace an
unmoderated group with a moderated group.  It's much easier to create
a new moderated group with a different name, because step #1 more
difficult than it sounds.
