lets you download owner manuals. It only goes back to 1996, though.
The "The Power Distribution Box Fuses and Relays" seems to be located just
outboard of the battery, under the hood.
"The instrument panel fuse panel is underneath the instrument panel on the
left side [outboard of the steering wheel area]. To open it, reach under
the instrument panel and push the release button to the right of the fuse
panel."

There are two. The main one is under the dash, to the left of the
steering wheel. There is a little latch you push and it will drop down.
The other is a long thin one under the hood, next to the battery. This
one is mainly heavy-duty items.
