Driver/passenger seat belts interchangable - 1999 Crown Vic ?

Does anybody know if the driver/passenger seat belts are
interchangeable on a 1999 crown vic?

Ive seen the assemblies on 80's and early 90's cars and all were labeled LH
and RH, so not likely

NO! very likley not ... there is a small weight in each unit which
causes them to apply in a accident... imagine how would it work if
reversed and installed on other side!!?
