my 85 ford f-150 /300-6 has developed a high idle. what could be the cause? >my 85 ford f-150 /300-6 has developed a high idle. what could be the cause? A vacuum leak would be my first thought. IIRC, that engine had a Carter carb. I would look closely at the electric choke to be sure it is clean and working properly. Lugnut |
