i have bucking intermittent hesitation at a noload highway speed.

Had the same problem on my 94 pontiac.Intermittent open circuit in O2
sensor. Found it with the scanner - when missbehaving it was stuck on
0.444 volts (the bias on GM OBD1) Replaced it, and the problem is
GONE.
