I don't think it's who you think it is, unless he finally got his GED. The spelling
is too good.

That's the thing about Ford trucks, you can abuse the hell out of them and they just
keep going, and going, and.......   especially with the 4.9L 6 cylinder. Folks in my
area of the rust belt keep recycling 70's and 80's Fords with southern parts. Ya can't
kill 'em.

yeah, i like mine too!

I just talked with the mechanic who is fixing my truck

he goes, the clutch is fine now, only thing...

the radiator fan near bout went through the radiator

(i drove it too him in second gear....lots of rpms)

I should have known, but I could not speed shift into 3rd going down
hill
the whore just wouldnt do it for me

as a result I messed up my water pump.
dang!

oh well...

it's done now!

heh heh

should I post pics of me spanking her?

I got my truck back this evening oh soo cool

had two jobs to go do...did that!
then...

coming home, I noticed there is no cushion at the top of the clutch
pedal

I was thinking it should have about 1" or so of slop
this way I know it is fully engaged?

Im not really concerend, it feels excellent.

the whole brake and clutch pedal assembly or "hog head"

had broken in several places..I ended up needing a rod somewhere in the
chain
to the clutch fork.

they also put a new water pump on, claiming, you could have never
driven it as it was.
which i didn't mind, it was only $50 labor (one hour) plus new pump

I had a GRAND DAY!  I rode her hard and put her up wet about an hour
ago.

 Hey Backyard,
Are you in Central Ohio? I'm about 30 miles west of Cleveland.

a tauraus wagon ran hot and cut off on you

this is extremely subjective

the damn thermostat was stuck
you should have replaced it

did it do this at 100,000 miles or 5 miles
if it did it at 5 miles you could have taken it right back
you get 72 hours to change you're mind
