Uh, no....I've seen enough later model cars to just LOOK for clumped-rust
spots, usually where they are protective-coiled...
95 % -at least- of the lines are totally rust free.
That's what that pisses me off about it.

I had to do my mazda truck a few years back for the same problem.
After stout warnings about doing a good double flair without
experience, i just used stock length pre built fitting lines from the parts
store and bent them to fit. Had to bend in a small 1/2 circle or such to
adjust the length to fit. I cut the old line and then pre bent out of the car
the new lines as much as i could with a manual tubing bender. Lots of fun,
but i got the job done.
