Chevy Z24 rides rough after 2000 RPM

Chevy Z24 rides rough after 2000 RPM

My chevy Z24 Rides rough after 2000 rpm and alot of smoke comes out of
the tail pipe.  
The car also has an oil leak.
I cant figure out what is wrong with it.  Is it a computer problem or
is the engine toast? :D
