Chevy Astro van liftgate lock stuck

'98 Astro van has power door locks. Right side of rear window liftgat
is stuck closed - left side unlocks OK. Any solution simpler an
cheaper than a Chev dealer service dept.? Thx

Be sure that the latch is closing completely or it won't unlock right.
I've got a '94 Astro (260,000 miles) that you sometimes have to "bump"
one side of the liftgate to get it to latch, then it'll unlock with no
problem.
