99 Savana Van a/c charge

just trying to charge the system (R134a)but find the only port to accept
the quick disconnect of the charging gauge/hose assembly is on the
accumulator drier(just below and right from the battery). Is this the port
I use or is there another inline port somewhere?

The fittings for the low pressure and high pressure side are different sizes
deliberately designed this way so you don't blow yourself up connecting
a charging can to the wrong port.
