3.1 grand prix-your opinion

I am looking at a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix with the 3.1 v6.  Is there
anything to look out for on this model?  Are these engines prone to intake
problems?

Yes the int man. but its a one shot deal, negociate a fair price and dont past on this pretty decent car. 500.00 of repair is only the price of one new car payment !

The 3.1 does have the intake gasket failure.
