I have a 2003 astro van with a 4.3L vortex, with an error code Error
Code P0155 O2 sensor heater circuit failure.
The van has 120 000 KM on it. Is this likely an O2 sensor failure or
could it be a wiring problem?

Thanks
Frank

"Likely?"  It's an O2 heater failure.
(that's the code definition)

Is it the wiring?
Could be, but since the O2 heater circuit is powered up any time
the ignition switch is turned to "run", it only takes a volt
meter or test light to verify the wiring.
