testing crank sensor and cam sensor

1990 chevy beretta . 2.2liter. ing spark ,but no fuel through the injector
good fuel pressure,  how do you test the crank and cam sensors

I don't remember if they are Hall Effect or simple inductive
on this vehicle.
It would be best to use your scope to look at the waveform.
However, a dvm will at least tell you if they are dead or not.
Hall effect should switch 5 volts, squarewave.
Inductive should produce over 1 volt, sinewave.
