Count the number of flashes because the brake light code is just a
series of flashes and not a series of short and long flashes.  Usually
when the brake light flashes, it indicates a problem with the ABS or
another major component in the system (and yes, your brakes can still
work while it's flashing, at least for awhile).

95 buick skylarc the brake warning light comes on (flashing) but only
when the vech is moving at about 15mph or faster. also in rythm with the
light flashing is a not to loud but noticeable knocking under the hood.
hard to tell where it is coming from since it only dose it when the car
is moving. all of the brakes are in good shape fluid is fine.
dosent seem to be flashing a code the light only comes on and flashes
when the car is in motion. any one have a clue ? thanks Dave
