The low setting on my fan switch suddenly stopped working. All the other
settings work fine, but when you set it to low the fan just doesn't come on.
Any ideas what the cause could be? Thanks.

The switch or the blower resistor.

What year, make and model vehicle?  Or are you talking about the exhaust fan
in your bathroom?  Ok - poor attempt at humor.  Likely the resistor module
for the blower motor.  It's usually located on the motor, under the
passenger side of the dash.  The module usually costs under or near $20
depending on where you live.  Quick fix, but a bit of contortion required.
