My 2000 Chevy Venture periodically gives me a P0410 cade and my
csanner shows a  message that the secondary air sytem malfuctioned.
Once cleared, no codes are reported for several miles then, suddenly a
DTC of P0410 is reported.  The pump is working aand I have not pulled
the left wheel to check the relay but the inconsistent code tells me
that the relay is not bad unless it is occasionally sticking closed.

Can anyone help?

Yes, there is a TSB on that code.  I know the listed vehicles aren't
your specific one, but it might lead you in the right direction to fix
the problem.  I hope for your sake you don't have to go through this,
as it is a very expensive repair if your vehicle is not in warranty,
you're looking at several hundred dollars in parts alone.  Good luck.
