1998 Olds LSS inner tie rod ends

Quick question. Can the inner tie rod ends be replaced on my Olds on the
vehicle or must the rack be removed?

I did inner tie rod ends on my buck.  It ended up being a waste of
time (and money) because I ended up having to replace the rack anyhow.

yes u dont need to remove rack
