GM is arrogant to the end. They have no Parts Manual to sell me for my Lucerne despite the fact I have money to buy it. No CD-ROM available for their customers, they say. Its propriatary. How come a parts manual is available for a DC-9 and not for a Lucerne? There's more secrets to hide in a jetline than there is in a car, wouldn't you say? Maybe because the government has some input on this issue for planes it doesn't have for cars. If that's so, we need some Obama-style "change." I thought most on here would catch the wording.
