2003 Cavalier serpentine belt replacement

I want to change out the belt, but it doesn’t seem like there is much
room to manuever around where the belt is.
Has anyone done this and have any tips?

Here's what the service manual says.  Don't know if there is an easier way
or not.  No experience on my part.

Drive Belt Replacement

Removal Procedure

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in
General Information.
Remove the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
Rotate the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise to release the spring
tension.
Remove the drive belt.

Installation Procedure

Rotate the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise to release the spring
tension.
Install the drive belt.
Install the front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
Lower the vehicle.
