Calling all Honda guru`s.
My wifes 1998 SI had the cel come on yesterday. The car appears to be
running fine would like to get the problem sorted whatever it is.
We bought the car i Quebec so i only have a en francais manual. I`ve
given it a bit of a tune up and would like to reset the fault to see
if i`ve fixed the prob but cant figure out which is the `puter fuse.
Is this the best way to reset this or is disconnecting the battery a
better way?
Also would like some advice on code reading. Where is the computer
located on a 1998 SI? and how are the codes read?
thanks a lot

honestly, the best way to do it is get a code reader. i got an actron i
paid $100 for. it reads the codes, and resets the light.
considering youll be paying at least $60 to have a dealer look at it,
its well worth it and good on any car made since 1996.

Is there anything to be used for a '94? Last time I checked it seemed
that everything I found was for later models.

Don't you get a CEL from over-filling or failing to tighten the gas cap
as well. . . . Mark hasn't read that part of the manual either. It takes
three 'trips' if that's the cause. Ain't that true?
Don't start spending money yet.
