I have seen all kinds of speed chips that suposivly can add up to 20HP
on ebay. Lots of them can be seen here:

Is this too good to be true? 20hp increase for 5 bucks? I also read on
1 or 2 sites that this is a bunch of bull. Can someone that knows
about this topic please help me?
