Radiator/Condenser Air Gap Seal?

I just bought an aftermarket radiator for my '91 Accord.  The new
radiator does not have the spongy seal  around the perimeter to seal
the air gap to the condenser ( ~1/4 inch thick).

What would be a suitable material for this high temp / high moisture
environment?

Thanks,

Tod k.
