Just wanted to relate that the cause of the low EGR flow on my 1999 Accord
V6 was intake manifold passages that were almost completely blocked with
gunk.  The RGR passage fix was done around 40k but at 101 k it was almost
blocked closed.  Removing the intake and cleaning the passage both in the
manifold and in the block worked great.  Thanks to everyone who offered
advice.

Can you be more specific as to what was the fix at 40,000 miles and how you
cleaned the intake passage (with what tools/solvents) etc.  My 3.0 V6 is
throwing a P0401 EGR Insufficient Flow code.

Thanks.

Not sure if this is the same problem, but there is a recall on the EGR for
at least the '99 V6.  Honda had me out of the shop in 45 mins.
