Can you please tell me some ideas to add more Horse Power to my 1999 Honda
Civic EX... I have done the intake and thats about it as far as Power so
if you have some ideas that are CHEAP or even FREE please let me know!!!

Extending operating rpm. It's not cheap nor free...

What intake did you use? The only intake PROVEN to make a noticeable
increase in the AEM or one of the copy cats.

Trade in the EX for a 2dr DX with a 5spd tranny and no AC. Then, use the
extra
$$$ to upgrade the suspension (possibly Pro-Kit & Tokico). If AC is a must
(or you're
EX is loaded down with a power sapping automatic tranny), then you need a
reality check.
If the engine is not loosing oil, switching to Mobel-1 might help. Less
friction can lead to more
power at the wheels.
Beware of performance intakes, they'll let more dirt into the engine.
