94 Integra .....227000 miles(still runs great)
Having a very strange heating problem....
From a cold start....car warms up and heater works but there is a weird problem
that I noticed recently.
When my foot is off the gas peddle....the air that flows is cooler and when I
step on the gas the air that flows becomes HOTTER.....come to a red
light.....the air flow cools ......step on the gas and it gets really HOT
flow.......
it seems that after a while the flow remains HOT but for the first 15 minutes
of driving I can notice this HOT/COOL flow effect!!
Could this be a thermostat problem because the HEATER does work??
Thanks for any suggestions!

Did you have your water pump changed when you had your timing belt
replaced? You DID change your timing belt didn't you? It was due for a
change at 90,000 miles and again at 180,000 and is due again at
270,000

How's your coolant level? Is the rad full? Is there sufficient coolant in
the reservoir?
