Hi all:
I just wanted to get a 1992 civic serviced for nct/mot purposes, very
well defined issues like tightening the parking break and aligning the
lights. I was told by local Honda dealer that they do not service
Honda's older than 1998 and it is their policy. I know it is not
difficult to get this done but just annoying that a dealer would treat
customers this way.
Have others here experienced this? Is it a universal policy? Guess
Hondas are 'not for life'? It is a good thing that we got rid of our
1976(6) P reg rusty.

Does any one here know a source for the headlamp sticker(?), it is a
device that is used when switching driving from the left hand driving
setting to the one on the right hand. Is it possible to adjust/set the
lights permanently for driving on the left in a left hand drive Honda
civic 1992?
Thanks in advance,
James

They're called "headlamp converters", or "dip beam converters".

Try here:

Google for more, or phone around.

Only if you fit a set of RHD headlamps from a breaker's yard (or eBay). The
lens beam pattern is molded into the glass and can't be altered. The
headlamps are pretty easy to change once you have the front bumper off,
which only takes a few minutes.
