I noticed that my fan is on all the time (even from a
cold southern Ont. morning start).  I did recently swap out
a short piece of 5/8" hose that was cracked and leaking
and I'm sure I bled it properly.  Is it the sensor then?

Many thanks,
Mike

Fan switch is probably shorted.

Locate it, and put a multimeter between the terminals. If you get
continuity between the teminals with a cold/cool/part warm engine, that's
your problem.

Unplug the switch before testing (might have to break the rubber cap off it
first).
