I would like to make a backup copy of my 2005 Honda CR-V SatNav DVD

However when I try and copy using DVDXCopy or DVD-Shrink both of which are
pretty good at copying DVD's I get an error that the disk format cannot be
read. I can browse the DVD with Windows Explorer and it works ok in the car

Can anyone offer any idea of how I can back this up?

Thanks - It seems to work ok, I copied it ok to an image file but as the
original DVD is double layer, I cannot write it without a special writer

I am still working on it....
