I'm looking for a good local shop that knows how to balance wheels
properly.  The dealer sure as hell does not.

Have you tried googling 'road force balancing' in your area?  I did a little
research for an upcoming tire purchase and understand this to be a superior
balancing technique.

I pretty much know who has that equipment locally.

However, but the dealer has done that like five times already (at the wrong
tire pressure every time), so I have little faith in the dealership.
