I hear the horn relay click, and have tested the horn to be good and checked
the fuses - is there some other link to check for the horn?  Where is the
relay located - maybe behind the dash?

Also the owner's manual says there is a headlight chime, but I do not hear
one when the car is shutoff with the headlights on and the door open.  Is
there anything in common with the chime, horn and a/c?

I am planning on replacing the a/c compressor after I verify voltage in the
a/c relay.

Really?? I have a 94 Civic EX and haven't heard a headlight chime, have
always wished there was one and have in fact thought about installing
one myself--after finding a dead battery once or twice...
