Accord Remote Lock: No Headlight Flash /Horn

I have a 98 Accord Coupe EX V6
After two clicks on the remote lock button, the headlights should flash

and the horn should give a short honk.

I recently had a relay replaced and now neither of these functions
work, although the remote lock still works. Any ideas on what the
problem might be?

security system doesn't arm due to failure of one or more of 7
swithes or a multiplex issue
