On my '95 Odyssey, you drop the glove box open (or was it on the
underside edge of the glove box??) and there were two connectors plugged
into 'dummy' plugs to keep them from rattling around / hanging down..
The one with two wires was the one I had to jumper, IIRC.

If your Accord is a 4-cylinder, the service check connector should be
dangling under the dash on the passenger side.
On the other hand, if it is a V6, you need an OBD-II scan tool. The data
link connector is behind the ashtray in the center console.

check connector should be on the passenger side of the car beneath the glove
box. It will be a blue 2p or 3p connector stuck into a rubber boot (green or
blue.)
