How do I fix the gas needle on my 99 Honda passport. Even if I do a
full tank, the needle never rises. The fuel indicator is always
blinking because of this. Is it an electrical problem or a problem with
sensor in the gas tank?

Probably the fuel sender in the gas tank.

could be either, or both- an electrical problem with the sender. id
start at the tank and look for any loose wires. worst case, you drop the
tank and take the sender out.

has the car ever been rear-ended?  mine had and the sender float was
stuck because an internal baffle was bent in the impact.  tank looked
fine from the outside.
