That would depend on who's selling you the money.

You're not letting the dealership sell you the money, too, are you?

Well I'm leasing not financing so yes I would be leasing through the
dealership, does anyone know any websites I can lease through?

ANYONE can lease you a car.  A lease is nothing but a finance
arrangement whereby the initial payments are lower, but the final
payment is a "balloon payment"--a large payment--that can be satisfied
by returning the car in a specified condition.

There are many, many independent leasing companies out there in the
world.  Many in your town.  Banks and credit unions are getting into the
leasing game for consumers.

Never buy the car and the money from the same guy.  You will get
screwed.  You did good by not having the guy who sells the car handle
your tradein; for the same reason, don't let him handle selling you the
money.

ok I understand anyone can lease me a car, do you have any websites that
have good lease rates. none of my banks do leases, just regular financing. I
know hondas lease rate in october was .00195 or something close to that,
which is decent but still not great. (around 5%) thanks in advance
