I have a 99 civic that from a will make a clicking noise that seems to come
from the left front tire when I accelerate. It disappears after I get to
freeway speeds and comes back when I have to stop and start again. No
noise when I put it in neutral and rev the engine. And when I let off the
gas the noise stops. Any ideas?

Hello,
I advise you to remove the tire and take a close look at all of the parts
that you can see. Also, make sure that none of the bolts are not missing
and are tight. An option would be to have a mechanic place the car on a
lift since it's much easier to see all of wheel related parts when the car
is on a lift.
