What kind of mileage are you Integra owners getting? I've got a 95 LS
with an automatic, 120K which only seems to get around 250 miles on a
full tank of gas. It's been cold here this winter in Illinois but I
recently had the plugs, cap, rotor, wires & filter changed but no
change at all.

Summer driving would usually get me between 275-290 miles on a full
tank.

Is this normal? Anything else I might want to look at to get better
MPG's?

Thanks

Yes, it's normal to lose a few mpg in winter driving for various
reasons.  You need to measure actual mpg and get back to us.

=============================

You need to calculate real MPG. A 'tankful' isn't a valid measurement of
anything. Are we talking about a thakful of cold or warm gasoline? See
what I mean?

Apples to apples. Write the mileage on the reciept where the volume of
fuel is recorded. Divide it out.

And do that over a month or so to smooth out transients in the numbers.

Some suggestions for maximizing mileage, and experience with
same, that I have collected over the last few years,
specific to Hondas:

I'm seeing extreme cold (relative to where one lives)
dropping mileage 5 to 10% on my 91 Civic. I am pretty sure
my part of the country does not use the lower heating value
gasoline.
