I need to know wich notch on pully is TDC? is it the single notch or
the three notches together?

The single notch is TDC. It's white on most or all Hondas.

The three notches close together are "Before TDC." They're
red on most or all Hondas. For a drawing and description,
see

For setting the timing, you want to align the fixed pointer
with the center red notch.

Note that the site above is for a 91-93 Accord. Its
instructions may not match exactly those for your Accord,
but they should be close.

I am pretty sureb the timing marks are lining up with the fly wheel
mark and the cam mark is lineing up, I think now the problem is that
the belt on the balance shaft are not alined with the pully.big job to
get back to that
